Free Health Care? Hard to believe, but it’s actually true! From July 9-17, 2013, free health care is available to the communities in Weakley County. As part of the Innovative Readiness Training Program in connection with a Hope of Martin Community Development Corporation Project, health care will be provided by military personnel: physicians, nurses, nurse practictioners, physician assistants, nutritionists, dentists, optometrists, psychologists, chaplains, and others.
This free health care includes physical exams for all ages. The scope of examinations encompasses dental exams, oral exams with cleansing and/or extractions, eye exams, glasses for all ages, counseling services, and much more!
The Innovative Readiness Training Program will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. each day at the Martin Middle School, 700 Fowler Road in Martin, Tennessee. Contact NWTHRA for transportation needs: 731.587.2900 or 877.557.4337.
